At HomeServe, we're seeking a skilled Plumbing Expert to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £41,810 - £44,000 per annum, plus a £3,000 signing bonus.

About the Role

This position involves undertaking general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes. As a Domestic Housing Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting plumbing repairs and maintenance work in domestic housing settings
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
  • A full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working as a plumber in domestic housing
