Swim Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Letchworth Fitness & Wellbeing Club.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for engaging, coaching, and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.

You will deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach, and promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.

Requirements
  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Good people skills and a love for all things swimming
  • Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability
