Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop.
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach, promoting memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer.
  • Have a talent for coaching that meets people's individual needs, helping them to achieve their swimming goals.

As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
