About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Builder. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in turning our customers' visions into software reality. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer-facing mobile and web applications, working closely with our Delivery Team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble project plans, assign tasks, and identify resource needs.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to Builder's delivery processes.
  • Recognize and mitigate risks, communicating concerns to minimize impact.
  • Identify delivery process improvements and share with team members and leadership.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in software delivery as a hands-on developer.
  • Ability to participate and lead requirements gathering, scrum, and status meetings.
  • Strong technical proficiency in mobile and web application development, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support requirements.
  • Ability to develop project/product plans, manage individual deadlines, and goals.
  • Ability to grasp issues quickly, factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations and constraints.

Nice-to-Haves

  • CSM/PMP certification.
