Job Title: Band 5 Children's Community Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Children's Nurse to join our team as a Band 5 Children's Community Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical research studies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the setup and delivery of clinical trials and non-interventional NIHR portfolio trials across all Paediatric Clinical Specialities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Women's and Children's Research Unit team, Principal Investigators, and clinical staff to ensure the safe conduct of research.
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff on the specifics of running clinical trials.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (Child) with current NMC registration.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Undergraduate degree in Nursing, Science, or Health-related discipline.
  • Immunisation and Vaccine training.
