About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to take on the position of Head Teacher at our SEMH Primary School. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement, promoting a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure they thrive in their roles.
  • Develop and implement individualized strategies for pupils with SEMH needs, working closely with parents and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting. You should have a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies involved in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
