Academic Mentor Role

We are seeking an Academic Mentor to join our dynamic English department, working closely with students who require additional support in small group or one-on-one settings. Students aged 11-16 years will benefit from your expertise and guidance, helping them progress academically and overcome setbacks caused by the Covid pandemic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in small group or one-on-one settings
  • Work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for success
  • Collaborate with the English department to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • English graduate with a passion for teaching and mentoring
  • Experience working with students aged 11-16 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with students and colleagues
