**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a **Senior Nurse Consultant** in Cardiac Catheter Labs. This role will involve providing expert care to patients undergoing cardiac catheter procedures and contributing to the promotion of a positive learning environment within the clinical area.

The successful candidate will have a recognised teaching/assessing qualification or be working towards one, and evidence of continued professional development and implementation in clinical practice. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership to the clinical team.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care in accordance with Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust guidelines and policies.
  • Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of peri-operative care for patients, ensuring written records are kept.
  • Support the Senior Sister/Team Leader in investigating and responding to accidents, complaints, untoward incidents, and other significant events.
