Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, ideally in a hotel or customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and selection, driving employee engagement, and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all recruitment and selection processes for the property
• Drive Training and Development initiatives amongst staff to ensure talent readiness
• Create and implement engagement strategies within the hotel
• Proactively manage IR and ER issues
• Maintain employee compliance standards, including HR records and documentation
• Oversee payroll budget and processing through Time and Attendance systems

Requirements
• 3-5 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment
• Proactive nature and self-starting abilities
• 3rd-level qualification in HRM, Business, or similar (CIPD qualification preferred)
• Experience in driving employee engagement
• Payroll and cost management expertise
• Ability to build relationships and influence across business levels
• Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
