Job Title: Community Host

Job Summary:

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to join our team. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for welcoming hirers and their groups into our facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings & other school-related events.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Ensure the security and safety of our school by unlocking gates and doors, and locking them up securely again at the end of the shift.
  • Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to carry out the role.

Requirements:

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
