Site Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all supervisors, teams, and work activities on behalf of the Senior Site Manager/Project Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the teams assigned to all work fronts, ensuring work is executed to Time, Quality & Cost
* Carry out any other duties within their competence to the relevant quality/industry standards as directed by the Installation Manager
* Operate within timescales set out by the site management and highlight potential deviations in advance

**Requirements**

* Apprentice trained, C&G Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Appropriate Course) plus 3 years' experience as a supervisor
* Or degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a supervisor from graduation in an Electricity Supply Industry construction site or similar
* Experienced preferred in participating in site activities comprising of mechanical and electrical installation

* CCNSG Safety Passport
* Manual Handling
* Working at Height
* Fire safety awareness
* SMSTS
* IOSH managing safely
* Client specific (NG for example only)
* SSE, Scottish Power/NG Person BESC etc.
* NG Competent Person NSI6
* NG Competent Person NSI8 (Limited)

**Personal Attributes**

* Good interpersonal skills
* Proficient IT Skills, Word, Excel etc.
* Proactive attitude to support site initiatives and in communication with site management and fellow team members
* Proactive attitude to problem solving
* Good at leading site teams, including creating and maintaining relationships
* Positive attitude to support conflict resolution
