As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build a high-performance finance team and drive growth within a supportive environment.

Job Description:
  
  • Manage the purchase ledger function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Process returns and check against Goods Received Notes (GCNs) to ensure accuracy
  • Raise disputes with suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Process payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Calculate prices for clients based on agreed terms
  • Reconcile haulage invoices to GCNs to ensure accurate recording
  • Maintain accurate financial transactions and records
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to support financial reporting


Desirable Skills and Experience:
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with finance systems, particularly SAGE
  • Qualifications in Accountancy, such as HNC/HND or degree
  • Previous experience in food production or FMCG sector
