We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our Beefeater team at The Cricketers, Bagshot.
About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
- Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
- Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
- Having an eye for detail, high standards, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Showing passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
