Sodexo is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at St Davids Barracks Graven HIll Bicester OX26 6HF. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our armed forces personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to drive service excellence.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Experience in menu production and confident input.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
