Family Care Advisor Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Care Advisor Assistant, with a special interest in mitochondrial diseases. This role will involve providing welfare rights support for patients and carers, as well as liaison for the nationally commissioned Highly Specialised Service in Mitochondrial Diseases.
Main Duties- Support patients and carers in applying for support in housing, benefits, education, and employment
- Provide liaison for the nationally commissioned Highly Specialised Service in Mitochondrial Diseases
- Attend a twice monthly mitochondrial clinic and MDT
