About the Role

The University of Bristol is seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Catering Supervisor. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for leading the front of house team, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the management team with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front of house team, setting an example of great customer service and supporting the management team with daily tasks.
  • Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Support the management team with ordering, rotas, end of day duties, and due diligence.
  • Set an example of great communication, organisation, and a genuine interest in food and drink.
Requirements
  • Hospitality experience in food service and dealing with guests.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience of working within a diverse team.
  • High organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
