The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd is seeking a skilled Class 2 Tipper Driver to join their team in the Barnsley area. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Transport and tip products such as aggregate, topsoil, and other materials.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes.
  • Work away from home, with accommodation provided in a paid hotel.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
  • Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • No more than 3 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Safety-first mindset.
