Job Title: HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver

We are seeking an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our team at TRCGroup. As a leading recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on finding the perfect fit for our clients and candidates.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently, carrying out tipper work, including the transportation and tipping of products such as aggregate, topsoil, etc. They will adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines, conduct routine vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out tipper work, including the transportation and tipping of products.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
  • Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety-first mindset.
