As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a talented marketing professional to play a pivotal role in executing their marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support both the marketing manager and product teams in driving brand awareness and generating leads through a well-rounded approach.
  • Manage the company's website, optimising its performance, and ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision.
  • Oversee social media accounts, craft engaging content, and execute email campaigns.
  • Manage marketing data and KPIs through HubSpot, ensure GDPR compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing materials that support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • L4 CIM Marketing Diploma or a bachelor's degree in marketing or similar preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, focusing on content marketing, social media, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in managing HubSpot CMS, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience, with an annual performance-based bonus scheme.
  • Location: Based at either the Billingham or Wynyard office, with hybrid working options available.
  • Holiday: 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
