Job Description
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the Endoscopy Unit team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate daily activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Person Specification
  • RGN or RMN qualification with postgraduate experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of current healthcare legislation and guidelines.
  • The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits
