Job Description- Provide clinical leadership and management to the Endoscopy Unit team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate daily activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- RGN or RMN qualification with postgraduate experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of current healthcare legislation and guidelines.
- The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site nursery facilities, cycle-to-work scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
