Job Title: Workday Financials Implementation Specialist

Job Type: Permanent/Hybrid

Job Description:

  • As a Workday Financials Implementation Specialist at FalconSmartIT, you will be responsible for providing post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday Financials.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients, participating in advisory, planning, and implementation of additional Workday Financial modules.
  • Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, resolving client support requests, and leading sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
  • You will also prioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability, providing guidance to and collaborating with team members to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Additionally, you will communicate effectively with clients by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and recommendations, prioritizing client's interest and proactively listening to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.
  • Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple) Workday Financials functional areas.
  • Experience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects, and Cash Management preferred.
  • 5+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday Financials.
  • Strong experience within Workday Financials deployments and operational support projects.
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
