We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a 7-bed, 2-theatre facility in Salford, Lancashire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing clinical practice within the hospital, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Leadership & Management: Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and external bodies to address clinical challenges and improve patient care.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
