Graduate Academic Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Academic Mentor to join our team at EdEx. As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support and guidance in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide targeted interventions in groups and one-to-one to support students who are struggling academically.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
  • Monitor and record student progress, setting targets and celebrating successes.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a strong 'can do' approach.
  • Inspiring and highly motivated Graduates with a strong academic background.
  • A 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University.
