About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Adria Solutions for a 3-6 month contract. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and track detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution, ensuring resource availability and managing IT staff and contractors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, performing risk management and devising contingency plans.
  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, adhering to budgetary guidelines and quality standards.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement, staying updated on IT project management trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in managing IT projects, with experience in Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise software, system integrations, and various IT projects (infrastructure, storage, data/BI, hardware, cybersecurity).
  • Leadership Skills: Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools, strong financial and budget management skills.
