In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality reception and administration service to patients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
You will have a strong background in reception or administration, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You will be well-presented, motivated, and enjoy working independently and within a great team.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including staff referral schemes, discounted dental treatment, and further education funding.
