Job Description:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Your expertise will help shape the future of our projects and business. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing detailed cost estimates for projects, considering factors like materials, labor, and equipment.
  2. Collaborating with the project team to identify project requirements and potential risks.
  3. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and scope of works.
  4. Providing cost control and project budget support to the senior leadership team and commercial managers.
  5. Contributing to post-contract duties, including assessing variations and final accounts.
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely and accurate pricing.


Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or drylining projects. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of estimating software and construction methods is required. Previous experience with pre-contract and some post-contract work is ideal. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development and growth.
