As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including tyre and vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Liaise with technicians and customers to deliver repairs and maintenance to the highest standard.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance as required, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Report to the Site Manager throughout the day to ensure an efficient turnaround for all jobs.
  • Be proactive in obtaining new customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Contribute to good housekeeping routines, maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
  • Be organized and dedicated, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Driving Licence (desirable).
