Lead Our Pasta Masterclasses and Drive Operational Excellence

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our pasta masterclasses and drive operational excellence in our events department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and lead pasta masterclasses for the general public and corporate clients
  • Provide personal and professional guidance to guests and staff members as needed
  • Arrange event premises to meet our high standards
  • Secure 5-star reviews on Google and TripAdvisor
  • Source and prepare antipasto dishes based on dietary requirements
  • Manage product stocking, rotation, and daily orders
  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards
  • Attend training and workshops for professional development
  • Participate in staff meetings and communicate issues or needs to management
