Lead Our Pasta Masterclasses and Drive Operational Excellence

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead our pasta masterclasses and drive operational excellence in our Events Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host engaging and informative pasta masterclasses for the general public and corporate clients.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Events Team to plan and execute events, including venue setup, logistics, and catering.
  • Source and prepare high-quality antipasto dishes based on dietary requirements and customer preferences.
  • Manage product stocking, rotation, and daily orders to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards and complete necessary documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings and communicate any issues or needs to management for attention.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a strong understanding of food knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and events.
