Job Overview

Ocado Group is a leading online retailer, putting the world's retailers online using innovative technology. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and supporting informed decision-making at the highest levels.

About the Role

This position has become available due to an internal promotion, and we are seeking a qualified individual to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess the resilience and adaptability to manage shifting priorities while being fully supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Period-End Review: Own the relevant Group accounts and deliver high-quality reporting and insights that drive business change.
  • Segmental Reporting: Support segmental reporting of the Group, including liaison with and review of each segment's performance.
  • Liaison and Review: Liaise with and review each segment's performance, including our Joint Venture, Ocado Retail.
  • FP&A Reporting: Own various internal and external FP&A reporting required to drive business performance and support external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
  • Investor Relations: Produce analysis and investor-ready content to support Investor Relations through year-end.
  • Financial Analysis: Produce analysis to understand revenue and cost, as required, across the P&L and cash flow.
  • Balance Sheet Review: Review and interpret the balance sheet to evaluate movements and provide appropriate commercial analysis.
About You
  • Experience: Over 4 years' experience in a Finance-based role, preferably in Commercial Finance, Group Finance, FP&A or Practice.
  • Qualifications: Relevant accounting qualification, or equivalent experience (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA).
  • Skills: High levels of resilience and positivity, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to solving business problems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days 'working from anywhere in the world' policy, wellbeing support, pension scheme, private medical insurance, income protection, and life assurance.
