Job Overview

We are looking for a Housing Refurbishment Programme Coordinator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have experience in contract management on housing refurbishment schemes and a proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects.

About the Role

The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for project planning and programming of the works, health and safety management on site, client liaison, and ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met by their team. They will also have direct line management of a team of site managers and RLOs, reporting to a Regional Manager.

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management on housing refurbishment schemes
  • Commercial knowledge & experience
  • A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
  • Ability to programme work streams independently (MS Projects, ASTA, etc.)
  • A clean driving licence

Our Offer
