Job Description

As a Senior Administrative Professional at The Openwork Partnership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of daily activities across the Pension and Investments Transfer Teams. Your exceptional administration skills and ability to provide high-quality support will enable our Advisers, Partners, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Record case data accurately and within set time criteria to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Management Information (MI) to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in workload distribution to guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and colleagues to optimize resource planning and achieve team objectives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Advisers and their teams to support case processing.
  • Adhere to all aspects of the role in an ethical, compliant, diplomatic, and professional manner.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Prior experience working in a busy administrative role with direct customer service responsibilities.
  • A background in the Financial Services sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and IT expertise.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work both individually and as part of a wider team to ensure tasks are covered on a day-to-day basis.
  • High attention to detail, following processes and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of service to customers.
