We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Raven Search on behalf of a well-established engineering firm in the UK building services industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial management and analysis of projects, ensuring accurate cost reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and costs, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenditure.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations to improve project efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement strategic financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of building services and engineering principles, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
