Role Overview: We are currently looking for a highly skilled Behavior Intervention Coordinator to join our team in Shifnal, Shropshire.

Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with SEMH, implementing evidence-based strategies to manage and improve behavior.
  2. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will develop and implement targeted interventions to promote positive outcomes.
  3. You will maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the development of IEPs.
  4. A strong communicator, you will build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
