We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefit Operations Specialist to join our client, a global pharmaceutical company, in Chester on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast-paced pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee total Benefits administration, including health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives.
  • Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary.
  • Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience, preferably within a global pharmaceutical company.
  • Great knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish or Italian.
