Job Title: Female Support Worker - Complex Needs

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Female Support Worker to join our team in Birchington-on-Sea, Kent. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support with personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals you support, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to ensure a person-centred approach.
  • Contribute to the development of support plans and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and patience when working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
  • Manual UK driving license and willingness to drive an alternative vehicle.
