Shuropody is seeking passionate and committed Foot Health Practitioners to support our ongoing growth and development as the UK's largest private podiatry and footcare provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Routine Foot Care: Confidently provide skin, nail, callus, and verruca treatment to patients.
- Manage Clinic Effectively: Utilize excellent time management skills to take ownership of your clinic and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide Comprehensive Treatment: Deliver and/or support a wide scope of treatment, including fungal nail treatment, nail reconstruction, and diabetic assessments, with full training provided as needed.
- Offer Foot Health Education: Passionately provide accessible and concise foot health education to patients and sales-floor customers to promote clinics and support commercial performance.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to patients and colleagues alike.
- High Motivation: Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in your role and contribute to the company's success.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and can-do attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with clinicians and other team members.
- Personal Development: Take ownership of your ongoing learning and professional development.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Understand the importance of health and safety in the workplace and adhere to compliance standards.
