Job Title: Level 1 Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Leisure Focus Trust. As a Level 1 Swimming Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our customers, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of varying ages and abilities.
  • Work closely with Level 2 Swim Instructors to achieve lesson goals and promote customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Swim England NPTS standards.
  • Provide excellent customer care and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Swim England Level 1 Swimming Instructor Qualification.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a recognised pool rescue award.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be willing to work from various local locations within the company.
