Care Assistant Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live fulfilling lives. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 per annum (pro rata), plus access to our employee assistance program, pension scheme with employer contributions, and a range of flexible working options.
