Astute People is partnering with a leading international player in the nuclear energy market to recruit a Senior Construction Manager for its Hinkley Point C project.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and direction in the implementation and completion of site works.
- Ensure site works are executed and controlled in accordance with HSE/CDM practices.
- Develop and lead the site management processes, including project planning and delivery.
- Manage projects, site activities, and participate in bids for site or project management activities.
- Develop, lead, and oversee site teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide site reports and manage the day-to-day running of site activities.
Requirements
- City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 (minimum) in Engineering with a Mechanical bias.
- SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS qualification.
- IOSH Managing safely qualification.
- Proven experience in managing site activities in excess of 5M.
- Strong HSE understanding with CDM 2015 regulations.
