About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Papworth Hall School, part of Options Autism. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a capable learning environment where pupils thrive and have their needs met.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure a high-quality teaching environment through effective use of resources and planning.
- To organise personalised learning activities and experiences which are differentiated to meet the individual needs and levels of achievement of each pupil.
- To plan, track, evaluate, assess and report the teaching and learning of pupils.
- Writing and updating Individual Outcomes.
- To supervise, develop and manage Teaching Assistants relevant to their responsibilities.
Requirements
UK QTS essential. A passion for working in collaboration with other members of our multidisciplinary team is also required.
