We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Income Team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of donations and business/sales income, and overseeing the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Income Team.
  • Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system.
  • Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.
  • Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations, communicating to a high standard around any outstanding issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
  • Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate, up-to-date, and processed in line with the latest guidance.
  • Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
  • Work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital, and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
Requirements
  • A successful applicant will be available on short notice and have experience with the above.
  • Experience in an income/accounts receivable finance role.
  • Able to use financial software and systems efficiently to support this.
  • You will be comfortable working with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data, across multiple geographies and donation platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships with senior managers and other colleagues.
  • May be working towards an accountancy degree.
What We Offer
  • £35-38k.
  • Full Time 37 hours or Part Time 18-25 hours would be considered.
