We are seeking a Team Manager - Financial Technology to join our team in Edinburgh. About the Role: As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of software engineers and business analysts. You will work closely with the Product Owner and related teams to develop product features and provide support to our extensive global customer base.

Key Responsibilities: As a Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team of software engineers and business analysts
  • Reporting to the domain head for investment transactions
  • Working closely together with the product owner for securities trading
  • Facilitating team meetings to meet the requirements of the customer and the Avaloq organization

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in software development and leadership
  • Experience working with trading platforms and financial technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
