Job Title: Social Media Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Officer to join our team at The Caraires Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging with our customers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through social media channels, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media activity, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, applying this knowledge to improve our online presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
