Trade Operations Lead Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Trade Operations Subject Matter Expert to join our trade settlements team. As a Trade Operations Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth settlement of equity, fixed income, Repo, FX, and Unit Trust trades. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving settlement issues and fails, as well as investigating and resolving interest claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure trade settlements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigate and resolve settlement issues and fails
  • Support the investigation and resolution of interest claims
  • Perform tasks in line with established business controls
  • Assist in the training of staff on new and existing processes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Trade Management function within a Financial Services Operational team
  • Good market knowledge and understanding of local market regulations and settlement processes
  • Experience of investigating interest claims
  • Strong understanding of operational risks and control frameworks
