EdEx is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to work with children with complex needs in a diverse and inclusive Primary School in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will have strong academics and experience working with SEN/SEMH needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SpLD. The role involves providing 1:1 support in and out of the classroom, reporting feedback to class teachers, and working alongside the SENCO and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to children with complex SEN/SEMH needs
- Assisting in and out of the classroom
- Reporting feedback and information to class teachers
- Working alongside the SENCO and support staff
Requirements:
- Graduate with strong academics
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH needs
- Sufficient knowledge about SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SpLD
Working Conditions:
- Long-Term, Full-Time role
- Term-Time only
- Based in Tower Hamlets
Salary: £105 - £110 per day
