- Significant post-registration experience in Old Age psychiatry.
- Skilled in risk assessment and risk management.
- Understanding of contemporary approaches and developments in mental health.
- Post-qualification training in relevant areas.
- Understanding of the CHC process.
- Committed to professional development and ongoing learning.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in assessment, requiring the ability to organise, plan, and signpost care.
- Flexible to meet the needs of the service, with strong verbal and written communication and networking skills.
- Skilled in care and treatment planning, with clinical supervision skills.
- Approachable, creative, and innovative, with the ability to travel within the geographical area.
