**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Infection Control Specialist to support the cleaning and infection control requirements of our clients' office, welfare, conference, and meeting room spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a methodical approach to cleaning that is organized, efficient, and thorough.
  • Work independently and lead a team to achieve cleaning and infection control objectives.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Apply good numeracy and literacy skills to manage cleaning schedules and inventory.
  • Perform physical tasks, including working on feet for extended periods, lifting, reaching, and bending.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to change and a willingness to adopt new processes and ideas.
  • Deliver high-quality work and work unsupervised, with minimal supervision.
  • Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Possess a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training (desirable).
  • Commit to working within Johnsons 1871 Ltd Core Values.
  • Attend and participate in training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Undertake additional duties as required, in line with capabilities.
  • Fulfill all reasonable management requests and collaborate with colleagues to achieve flexible working relationships and shared objectives.
