Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality professional to join our team as a Hospitality Management Coach. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting hospitality professionals achieve their qualifications and career goals.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading hospitality sector training provider, supporting learners to achieve their qualifications at levels 4. You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Deliver in-person and online coaching sessions, helping learners to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Carry out regular progress reviews with learners, providing feedback and guidance to help them stay on track.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes, working together to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Hospitality qualification
  • General Manager or Head of experience in Hospitality
  • Front of House experience
  • Car driver
  • Interest or experience in training and coaching
