Lead Registered Manager for Children's Home Service Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead our new children's home service in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our vision for the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for our young people, and driving continuous improvement.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the children's home, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and leading a team of staff. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and for ensuring that the service is delivered in a way that meets the needs of our young people.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our young people and to contribute to the development of our children's home service. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with our young people, their families, and our partners to ensure that we are delivering the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's home management, with experience of leading a team and developing and implementing policies and procedures. You will also have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and will be able to ensure that our service is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
